To ensure your product or service is used correctly within Efforia protocols, there are several crucial components to the setup process.
Product & Service Type
After setting your product title, description, image, URL and providing a unique ID or SKU for your internal tracking, you'll encounter a series of checkboxes. Consider your selections carefully as they identify how your product or service will be treated within Efforia.
Active treatment: Indicate if your product or service is an intervention or procedure intended to create an impact on the participant, patient, or customer.
Measurement: Use this option if your product or service is a tool that measures a particular metric like health status, productivity, or happiness.
Placebo: If your product or service is designed to mimic an active treatment but has no therapeutic value (commonly used in randomized controlled trials), select this option.
Delivery Method
Requires shipping: If your product needs to be shipped to the participant, Efforia will work with you to ensure that your shipping and fulfillment systems are integrated with our protocol logistics scheduler.
Requires appointment: If your service requires professional appointments, Efforia will ensure your scheduling system is integrated with the participant experience to maintain protocol fidelity.
Visibility & Discoverability
Hide from product directory. While we encourage you to make your product or service available to other protocol creators (with necessary approvals), there may be cases when you want to hide the product from the directory. This might be relevant for a product in stealth mode or under tight supply constraints.
Selecting keywords: Efforia uses keywords to enhance the discoverability of your product or service during the AI design process. Please provide up to four keywords or phrases that will help match your product or service with research and protocol topics where it would be most suitable.
Following these guidelines will ensure your product or service is optimally set up and utilized within the Efforia ecosystem.
