Efforia offers a feature called 'Complete off Efforia' designed to make certain tasks more efficient and easy to complete for participants. This feature is particularly useful for repeating tasks that serve as little more than reminders for simple offline activities, such as taking a pill in the morning.

With 'Complete off Efforia', participants can mark a task as completed by clicking a link in an email, checking off an item from a to-do list, or acknowledging a push notification. There's no need to navigate to the Efforia platform and hit the "completed button," although that option remains available. It makes the process of marking things complete fast and easy within other tools that the participant may be using to manage their day.

However, some tasks on Efforia may require your attention on the platform itself. These tasks often contain significant information, could be introducing new details, or involve data collection activities. Completion of such tasks requires participants to navigate to Efforia to ensure the task is done thoroughly. These kinds of tasks should not use the Complete Off Efforia feature.

The 'Complete off Efforia' feature is one of the ways Efforia is striving to integrate protocol activities as convenient as possible for participants.
