Efforia ensures that participants have all the products and services they need to accurately complete the protocol as defined by the author. To achieve this, we need to understand whether your product should be restocked at certain intervals within the protocol.
You can edit your product reusability and consumability settings by going to your product dashboard, and clicking on the product you'd like to edit.
When setting up your product on Efforia, please select one of the following options in the "product reusability and consumability" section:
Multiple Use Product
Choose this option if your product can be used multiple times without losing its functionality or effectiveness. Typical maintenance might include charging or cleaning.
Multiple Supplied Single Use
Select this option if your product is consumable - i.e., it can be used only once or a few times before it becomes unusable or ineffective. A common example is a bottle of dietary supplements; while the bottle contains multiple servings, each bottle is used up over time and needs replacement after a certain period or level of use.
When choosing "Multiple Supplied Single Use," you will need to specify the quantity provided in an individual shipment. Also, consider whether your product or service has a limited shelf life (like perishable food) when providing bulk quantities.
Single Use Product
Select this option if you are providing a product or service that is designed for one-time use only.
Understanding the reusability and consumability of your product helps Efforia manage logistics and ensures participants have the right amount of your product when needed.
